Advanced Marathon Training Plan - 12 weeks
This 12 week marathon training plan is for the advanced runner who is already running 40 miles per week. Mileage will increase from 40 miles to a max of 70 miles per week.
Once purchased, Training plan will be sent to you via the VDOT training application where you can track your own progress.
