Short Foot - De La Cruz Chiropractic
Short foot is a great exercise to help strengthen the muscles at the bottom of the foot. These muscles are often neglected because we are always wearing shoes with support which takes over the job of these muscles. Performing this exercise Will help strengthen these muscles and take pressure off your plantar fascia and help increase the stability of your plantar arch. Make sure to go into the short foot position whenever you do any balancing exercise.
